Any franchisee must complete the intensive CLEANNET training program before passing a job on behalf of CLEANNET and pass the proficiency exam which shows the level of knowledge and skill. This provides the quality and standard in the given service and helps CLEANNET to guide the franchisee to the most suitable job. Only the most successful and experienced franchisees are given the opportunity to serve a large or prestigious customer. These franchisees have been specially trained by our Health Unit and have been qualified to provide services at the health facility.
The CLEANNET Health Services Program is designed with quality in mind. The Health Services Program uses state-of-the-art technology to work with the client's quality development team and to monitor the clean-up processes of institutions. CLEANNET will adapt the reports required to comply with JCAHO-JCI standards and to monitor quality. What is JCI and JCAHO's mission?
International Joint Commission (Joint Commission International-JCI); It operates as a subsidiary of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Institutions (JCAHO) established to provide accreditation services outside the United States. For more than 75 years, the United Commission on Accreditation of Health Institutions (JCAHO) has been working to improve the quality and safety of health services. Today, JCAHO, the largest accrediters of healthcare organizations in the United States, oversees 20,000 healthcare programs through a voluntary accreditation process. JCAHO and its subsidiary, JCI, serve as a non-profit body.
CLEANNET supports a 3-step communication process to solve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Complaints are handled and resolved immediately by the Regional Director, who is responsible for the service area and the Operation Department. Company Operations Consultants, Regional Directors and Operations Managers continuously monitor their service performance levels. Our services are evaluated in JCAHO type, both programmatic and unannounced (with customer coordinated) audits, and with the opinions requested from our customers. The results are shared with franchisee and customer with suggestions for improvement and are used as a training tool towards continuous quality development. Each of the CLEANNET employees is directly involved in our company's quality, training, incentives and security programs. In particular, there are many incentive programs designed to reward regional support staff and individuals for the maintenance of standards.CLEANNET maintains quality and service through the franchise agreement between the franchisee and the regional support office responsible for the customer's health facility. The regional support office carries out quality assessments through Operation Manager (in communication with the client) and sets an action plan to solve any problem. The recourse depends on the seriousness of the situation and includes penalties to help correct any problems. Due to the nature of franchise laws, all quality assessments and the measures taken are always documented. Performance standards are monitored separately for each frachisee. In this way, customer satisfaction can be tracked on project basis.
